How the Nappy Laundry service Works:

• We supply an initial quantity of clean fresh Cotton Nappies at a time convenient to you before you start the service. Depending on the scheme ordered we will determine the quantity of Nappies required.
• Weekly we collect your used eco friendly cotton nappies and deliver clean ones to your door. We take the used ones to our laundry where they are wash to standards which exceed NHS Guidelines using modern energy efficient washers and dryers.
• The service includes a Laundry bin to hold the used nappies and free instruction on using the nappies.
• We seek to stock a variety of nappies to ensure our customers are happy with the service. Each baby has different requirements. Feel free to call or email us at any time to seek advice or change your requirements.

What are the costs

• Prices for the Laundry service start from £8.99 per week.
  We will deliver nappies to your door, take away the used ones and do all the washing too - So easy!
• We ask for an initial charge which covers your first week of using the service and your first set of six Wraps in a size to suit.
• The service is paid for in advance and we request a months notice to cancel.
• Storage bins to store used nappies are supplied on a loan basis. These clip shut and keep the nasty niffs away. No need to individually bag each one.
• We supply BioLiners free of charge, just ask one of our drivers or request them from the office when you run out. The dirty ones should be disposed of down the toilet, we would rather not get them back.
• Training and support are included.
• We do ask, that if you have any problems, or questions about the nappies. Please ask. We have many years of experience with them and we know they work.
•

Frequently asked questions:

• How many nappies will I need? We supply you with as many as you need depending on your baby.
• Will I need any booster pads for night-time? Most babies only require the standard pre-fold nappy. However, some older babies may need a booster pad for extra absorbency. We can supply these as part of the service.
• Do we need nappy liners? We recommend and supply biodegradable flushable liners.
• Do I need to be at home when nappies are delivered? No. Simply tie the bag and leave in a safe convenient place for collection. The Nappies are your responsability untill collected. In some cases our customers supply a spare key to a close or shed. We have only lost a couple of bags of dirty nappies to charities, they are soon returned.
• How many outer wraps will I need? Most parents find six wraps are ample, as they do not need changing at each nappy change unless they are soiled. Your first ones are included in the price. You will need at least one further set before your baby has potty trained
• How do I care for the outer wraps? Wraps can be washed at sixty degrees and can be tumble dried. We don't recommend any hotter. Close the Velcro fastenings and use non-biological detergent. Do NOT us softener.
• I have not had my baby yet. Can I book the service in advance? Yes. We will deliver you starter pack with one week's supply of nappies any time before the due date. We recommend two weeks. When your baby is born, call us to arrange your first collection and delivery. If your baby arrives early, we will start the service as soon as you require.
• What if I run out of nappies or liners? You should have an ample supply. But we can make emergency deliveries if required.
• What happens when my baby starts nursery? Many of our little customers attend nursery. Using cotton nappies should not cause the nursery any problems. Some nurseries use only Cotton Nappies
